Victor brings more than 30 years of U.S. government experience spanning diplomacy, military intelligence, and national security. He founded Agrippa Advisory to give clients direct access to seasoned judgment and practical solutions.
His work connects international affairs, security, and emerging technology with an understanding of how decisions play out on the ground.
